Hi Markus!!  I was on a tour that you lead (back in May) for a Uniworld cruise (the River Empress).  You were wonderful!!  We judged every subsequent tour guide by the very high standard that you set (and the phrase "they are our enemies" became part of our cruise language.  Thank you for that!!)  You were truly the highlight of our shore excursions - and a terrific introduction to Cologne.
